I've changed it to 60 for the time being according to your hints. But I have a question now, because the 15V in the IPM is converted from 220 to 24V and then to 15V, and the DC310V is converted from 220V AC, so in the IPM, I've separated the 310VDC and the 15V ground of the IPM in the board, does it make sense?

And Hin/Lin is the microcontroller output PWM, this place and 220 to 24V switching power supply common ground or separate in the board to make a ground?

Hello Lucas.
Kindly check the section 11.1 of a datasheet. Power ground and signal ground should be connected at a single point and it is recommended to connect them at the end of shunt resistor. It means, 310VDC ground and 15V ground shall be connected. Also, microcontroller power supply ground shall be connected with the 15V ground. Also, microcontroller power supply ground shall be connected with the 15V ground. EVAL-M1-CM610N3 I suggest you to consider EVAL-M1-CM610N3 eval board as a reference for your schematic and layout development.
(In your schematic PGND and AGND should be connected.)
