For Advanced Isolation devices, if using different thickness of thermal grease (like 10um/15um/20um) and the same mounting torque like 1.0 Nm, after some time using (or some TC times), what are the remaining mounting torque data for different thickness of thermal grease ?

Advanced Isolation packages does not need thermal grease when mounting the device to a heatsink. It is a soft layer that can fill in air gaps from device to heatsink when an adequate mounting torque is applied. With regards to thermal cycling (TC), pls refer to the application note (link below) where mechanical and electrical properties remain unchanged after TC tests. When thermal grease is added between the device and the heatsink for some reason, we cannot guarantee the mounting torque or the final mounting torque after some usage since this depends on the quality of the thermal grease. I hope this somehow helps.
