Regarding IKD15N60RF, could you please tell me the max values of trr, Qrr and Irrm both Tvj = 25 ℃ and 175 ℃?

The values given in the datasheet are typical and are with the specific condition also shown.

same can be obtained from the graphs given in the datasheet from page 12 onwards for different Di/Dt's.

you can check in your application board which includes exact board parasitics by performing a double pulse test.

Do you have the max values of trr, Qrr and Irrm under the conditions described in the electrical characteristics of the data sheet?

Hi @MS_19060803,

Yes, those are typical values.

Generally, Irr, trr, and Qrr do not have significant variations with fixed conditions, hence typical values provided in the datasheet.

and mostly those parameters will vary with Vdc, Ic, Tj, and mainly with Dif/Dt.
