Good evening!

What is the meaning of the so called lead resistances RCC'EE'  in the module data sheet?

Does resistance refer to this in the figure? Is it a bridge arm or half a bridge arm?

Dear @zhangxiaowen 

The lead resistance of the module is a further contributor to voltage drop and thus power losses. The specified
value in the datasheet characterizes the lead resistance between the power terminals of one switch. According
to the equivalent circuit shown in below, the module lead resistance is defined as:

 
 𝑅𝐶𝐶′+𝐸𝐸′ = 𝑅𝐶′𝐶′′ + 𝑅𝐶𝐶′′ + 𝑅𝐸𝐸′′ + 𝑅𝐸′′𝐸′
