Hi,
I am having some trouble with SPICE model of IKQB200N75CP2 IGBT. When I start the simulation, it gives error "Unknown subcircuit called in" as shown in the attachment.
Does anybody know what would be the problem?
Show LessHello, there are some digital drivers for igbt or mosfet, but what I don't understand is that when the pwm wave is transmitted to the digital driver, the digital driver core generates a digital signal, if that digital signal is converted to digital to analog and then to drive the igbt, won't there be a big delay, how is it applied in practice?

I have got the sample of FS25R12W1T7.
Module feel weightless. seem have nothing inside, really
and it disclose wire bonding inside, image see attach
I have tested the p-n junction. It is OK but can drive the motor just 1-2 A or burn if more than that.
I'm not sure if this sample is nornal or not.

Show LessHi, I have the following gate driver module ( EV1909-TL-00A) and MOSFET power module ( F4-15MR12W2M1_B76 ). I need guidance how to connect them and the connection schematic to drive the full bridge power module. The links to the datasheets are the following (I am also attaching the files):

I have a heat sink and will install both (the power module and gate driver board) on the heatsink.
In my understanding, this driver board is not suitable to drive the above-mentioned power module. I am looking for the complete ready-to-use gate drive unit for the power module.
I want to operate the Infineon module mentioned above as a full-bridge inverter for wireless power transfer application experiments. My desired specifications are about 100-300kHz, 100-600V, and 2-10A (which may slightly vary). I am not sure which gate driver board I should use with the MOSFET module. Could you please suggest a suitable gate drive module circuit that I can use for this operation?
If you will provide me with a schematic and connection guidance to drive that module, I will highly thank full to you.

Show Less不明白为什么IGBT功率模块这么小的管脚能通过这么大的电流?以英飞凌150A功率模块为例,输出三相每相能够通过最大150A的电流,平均分配给每根引脚就有50A的电流,这么细的管脚能够承受这么大的电流吗?就算是铜线,要通过150A的电流至少也得25个平方,请问这是采用了什么新技术?或者而言,是否管脚的长度也会影响载流量?
Show LessWhen aging tests are performed on igbt devices, it can be concluded that the aging devices will have changes in Vce, Vth, and a host of other parameters. My question is: if a number of igbt's with good consistency are used and subjected to the same power cycling, thermal testing, etc., will they end up with the same changes in the parameters due to aging, e.g., will their VCE's all change roughly in the same trend? Or will they still be in good agreement after aging together?

Hello, I am an electric vehicle practitioner, I have a question about the logic of ASC, is there any difference between the upper and lower axle arm ASC when it is selectable? I read some information that there is a difference between the upper and lower ASC.
