Output 1500V 400A, need 2 IGBT modules in series, are there any products and solutions that don't require series connection?

How should I choose the horizontal and vertical tube current parameters in a T-type NPC topology? Also in a typical combination scheme of FF2400RB12IP7 + FF1800R17IP5 x 2, what is the maximum current that can pass through this application combination? Thanks!

Under the ANPC topology, calculations were performed with the FF900R12ME4 product module data, changing the drive resistors to 0.51 and 5 ohms, respectively, and there was no difference in the loss and junction temperature calculations, which were the same.

Hello, when I use PLECS to simulate IGBT model, I downloaded the FF450R12ME4 PLECS thermal model from the official website, and imported it into PLECS software to simulate and found that the loss is consistent with the IPOSIM online simulation, but I used PLECS to build the thermal model according to the datasheet and found that there is a big difference in the simulated loss, comparing the officially downloaded thermal model with the datasheet, I found that not switching loss is consistent, and the simulated loss is very different, which completely loses the meaning of loss assessment. I found that the loss of the simulation is very different from that of the datasheet, which is not the same as the loss of the switch, and the significance of the loss evaluation is completely lost, and the data of the thermal model downloaded from the official website is higher than that of the datasheet. The picture is the comparison between the thermal model data downloaded from the official website and the datasheet. The datasheet usually only shows 125 degrees and 150 degrees, but the official model shows the loss at 25 degrees, 50 degrees, 75 degrees and 100 degrees, how can I get these data?
