Hi,all

Recently, i have some question about how to calculate the total power loss of three phase inverter (2-level).

I used 6 IGBTs, and i want to use the data which is based on double pulse test (rated peak current and rated voltage).

As the power loss data of double pulse test is one state, how to calculate the total loss of inveter (three phase with 2-level).

The Output Capacitance and trr(Diode Recovery time) of IGBT FZ600R12KE4 is not mentioned in the datasheet. Is it possible to provide these information for replacement of competitors?

I'm a  working on power converters and I need to realize some analysis in LTSpice to design a Gate Driver for the IGBT FF300R12KE4_E. I couldn't find its Spice .lib model neither in the component's page nor in the Simulation Model Finder (https://www.infineon.com/simulation).  Can you please help me to get this Spice model file?
