IGBT IKW40N120H3 at 25℃, TF is 16ns. Which batch of material should I buy to get close to this typical value? Currently, my self-test time is around 60ns.

Show LessI recently purchased HybridKit Sense for MCU development.
While following the manual, I found out that the version of OneEye on the USB included in the package was 1.0 and that the configuration file was missing. I looked up this community and found out that Toolbox needs to be searched for the latest files, and I need that permission.
My email address is jgpark@evnsolution.com.
Additionally, is it possible to grant permission to leehangual@evnsolution.com and initusnovus@evnsolution.com as well?
What is the meaning of L=70NH and C=67pF in datasheet switching, are there any interesting images? How is the value of this part measured? Interesting picture
Show LessHello,
We are using FP35R12KT4 along with gate driver 1ed020i12-f2, with all desat protection in one of our VFD projects.
We are observing that on some of the site, there are failure in the devices and major cases Wbottom IGBT is getting damaged.
Attaching the images.- IGBT module in open view- highlighted the damaged part.
The schematic is also being attached.
Rg ON value is 39 Ohms and Rg off is effectively half of 39 Ohms i.e. 19.5 Ohms.
The gate drive is with unipolar supply of 15V as we are using active miller clamp.
Is this the issue of soft turn off or soft turn off gate driver can be useful here?
Attached IGBT damaged pic, always W-bottom IGBT is always getting damaged.
Awaiting your reply!
Regards,
Mukesh
Show LessI want to use the half bridge switches to charge and discharge a battery with square charge and discharge pulses upon command. I attached a simple diagram. .
Show LessDear all,
I hope you are doing well.
I want to know how I can calculate total thermal resistance(6 diodes with 6 iGBTs , take them in parallel or series) for the IPM IGBT Module without a heatsink.
Thanks
Show LessFor the drive signal of the IGBT module, what is the recommended time required from the beginning of conduction to full saturation conduction, and from the beginning of shutdown to complete shutdown? For high-power modules, IGBTs are often three-tube packages, two-tube packages, or even independent single-tube tubes. How long is the recommended turn-on and turn-off time for this kind of drive?
Show LessTake Infineon's FE150A module as an example. Each three-phase input side has three pins, and the maximum input DC current is 150A. The output is also three pins, and the maximum output is 150A. Why can the small pins output such a large current? Are drinks made of special materials? Also, the internal packaging line of the module also looks quite thin. I don't know why it can flow through such a large amount of current?
