In the course of my research, I want to calculate the IGBT load current by using the gate current size. Now I need to know how long the Miller platform lasts when IGBT is turned on and off. How should I calculate it

what value does the pulse time "tp" have for the maximum pulsed collector current of an IKQ140N120CH7 IGBT ?
In the datasheet its only given, that this value is limited by the maximum junction temperature.

Hi there,
in the datasheet of the FF450R12KE4_E IGBT-Module i found its output characteristics.
Unfortunately some of the curves are seem to be cut off. I am expecting the curves to continue like in my drawing. Is there an opportunity to get the whole curves?

The driving current is too high, and the charging speed of the IGBT's capacitor increases, causing the IGBT to turn on faster, so that the driving circuit generates a larger di/dt that can easily cause gate voltage oscillations under the influence of parasitic inductance. When the voltage peak of the gate oscillation exceeds the VGE spec of the IGBT itself, it is easy to cause the IGBT to fail. My question is, how do I find the maximum driving current of an IGBT device? When IGBT is turned on, apart from the current rise phase, the reverse recovery effect of the diode should be taken into account. Shouldn't the driving current be higher and the loss lower at all other times? So should the upper limit of the driving current be EMI or the oscillation voltage of the gate?

Show Less两种不一样的IGBT,合封的FRD是一样的。但是测试EAS能力,都是FRD失效击穿,且测试出的EAS能力有较大差异。这是为什么?IGBT会影响并联FRD的EAS能力吗,是什么参数影响的呢。
