Hello, I am an electric vehicle practitioner, I have a question about the logic of ASC, is there any difference between the upper and lower axle arm ASC when it is selectable? I read some information that there is a difference between the upper and lower ASC.

In our technical assistance department we need to desolder and remove defective IGBT MODULES like FS3L30R07W2H3F_B11 from the PCB to replace by new IGBT MODULES in the repair process.
Nowadays, we are removing the defective IGBT MODULES manually by using Iron Solder, but this process is too slow and prone to damage the PCB.
Do you have some technique/equipment/tool indicated to appropriately remove IGBT MODULES like FS3L30R07W2H3F_B11 in the repair process?

I would like to know more about this IGBT module FF100R12KS4 and have some questions, does this model make a Kelvin emitter? If so, are pins 5 and 7 Kelvin emitters? I would also like to know what the other pins do, and was wondering if you could explain them briefly? There are some parts of your 62mm AN that are not readable. And does this model have a Vce max of 1200V and an Ic max of 100A?I will attach the datasheet as an attachment below.
Also, I have some questions about one of your discontinued products, the BSM 50 GB 60 DLC, I have looked at the physical product, as shown in the picture below, and pin 45 is tied together, and pin 67 is tied together, so if I need to use the 57 Kelvin emitter on its own, what do I need to do to connect these two pins individually? Do I need to remove the gold colored ring? Lastly, for that model, I also see that there are pins 8, 9, 10, and 11, I wonder what these pins do? Lastly, regarding your discontinued products, who should I contact if I have questions about using them?

在IGBT开通的时候,CE压降会从一个较大值下降到完全导通的状态,中经肯给会经过这个保护的阈值,怎么屏蔽掉这个阈值?和驱动开通关断的时间有没有关系?和米勒效应有没有关系?
Show Less在IGBT短路时,示波器测量IGBT栅极驱动的电压,发现栅极电压会在极短的时间内产生振荡,最后会回到负关断电压。请问这是什么原因?
相应的,在IGBT短路时,IGBT的CE电压在驱动开通时,电压是低电平,当发生短路时,CE电压会迅速上升然后下降直到母线电压的一半,在CE电压上升的过程中会在最大值的尖峰之前有一个小尖峰,请问这是什么原因造成的?是续流二极管在续流关断后造成的电压跌落再抬升吗?还是其它什么原因?
