Hello.
I bought EVAL-M1-IR2214 and received the delivery today.
I turned on the power after receiving the delivery, but it doesn't turn on.
This product looks defective..
If you look at picture 1, the AC input is working normally.
However, if you look at picture 2, the DC voltage should be 550~600VDC, but it is currently 0.354V.
I turned on the power as soon as I received the item.
However, it does not power on.
is there a way to solve this problem?
Please reply.

I exchanged this issue because of the defect in the product itself.
We can't solve it.
Thank you for your answer.

Hi @1211Shukla
Thank you for your reply.
Does the part you want me to check means check if the voltage goes into C27 and C28?
There is a red LED, but it doesn't light up.

A voltage of C27 was measured.
It's 0V.

Hi,
To check diode rectifier, ensure R56 and R57 is connected in the board, remove L-1, L-2 shorting and measure a dc voltage between L-1 point and PGND.

Hi,
As you are not getting rectifier out dc voltage please check healthiness of diodes (forward voltage drop) with the help of a multimeter.
you can access each diode with three ac input and two dc out terminals.
