Hello Yoshimura-san,
Thank you for posting on Infineon Forums.
When measuring case temperature, the thermocouple needs to be as close to the center of the heat pad as possible.
As in:
Here you can see that the thermocouple is attached to the center.
In the case of the device being attached to a PCB or heatsink, a path should be carved for the thermocouple to reach the head pad of the device.
When attaching the thermocouple, use a highly thermally conductive adhesive.
