How much the switching frequency of F3L75R07W2E3_B11 can be reached? The IGBT is Trench/Fieldstop IGBT3.

The maximum switching frequency of the IGBT device depends mainly on whether the maximum operating junction temperature (Tvjop.max)will be exceeded under actual application conditions.

The higher the switching frequency of IGBT means more switching times, the higher the power loss, the higher the temperature rise of IGBT, and once the junction temperature exceeds the maximum operating junction temperature(Tvjop.max), the IGBT will be at risk of failure. For F3L75R07W2E3_B11, the Tvjop.max=150℃.
