Hello,

Would you please provide a spice model for an IGBT module FF900R17ME7_B11?
I'm building a power supply for a nuclear fusion experiments.
The IGBT module will be used to run a current through a huge coil in order to generate magnetic fields.

Dear @tnishi

Good day!!

Really sorry to say that we are not developing spice models, we strongly recommend PLECS models for simulation purpose.

If you want any modules you can find in Infineon product page with below link.

https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/power/igbt/

Best Regards,

Anil Kumar.
