Soldering recommendation

I am using the part TDB6HK180N16RR in one of our product.  Unfortunately, the PCBA has failed due to some design related issue, so want to remove the IGBT and re-use in new PCBA. Please send us De-Soldering and Soldering recommendation for this part.
