いつもお世話になっております。
・IGB50N65S5のTc測定箇所は裏面パッド中央との認識で問題ございませんでしょうか?
・裏面パッドの場合、Tc測定が困難なのでデバイス表面中央のTc値はございませんでしょうか?
または、表面Tcを算出する方法があればご教示願います。
・Rth(j-a)のCu 6cm2は部品面のみと考えていますが、この認識で正しいでしょうか?

Hi MS:
For steady state Tj , you can use Tc with it by infrared thermometry or thermocouple in calm room.
Usually, Tj - Tc is lower than 7℃,@ if Tc is lower than 110℃ and Ta is about 20 ℃。

・I think that Cu 6cm2 of Rth(j-a) is only on the part side.
