I am looking for information on: Reference design for 1500 V DC/AC inverters with up to 300 kW in solar string. Which is related to this Infineon youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GK_hzZBomFY

I cannot seem to see the application note or reference design files that are associated with this design

Hi @Townsend1234

At this moment, the design has been discontinued and application notes cannot be provided due to some internal reasons.

This might be available soon in coming days.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,

Akhil Kumar.

Ok, were there any application notes etc that were previously published that perhaps you can still share now? Even if you are not selling the boards now.
