Good morning!

What is the meaning of the so called lead resistances RCC'EE' and RAA'EE' specified in the module data sheet?

Thanks!

Hi Walter,
these are the resistances of the path between the main terminals and IGBT (RCC'EE') or main terminals and Diode chips (RAA'EE'). When you want to measure Vcesat or Vf you should contact the probes between the C' and E' auxiliary terminals, not directly between the C and E main terminals. This avoids to include the resitive voltage drop of Ic*RCC'EE' or If*RAA'CC' into your measurement.
C: main Collector terminal
C´: auxiliary Collector terminal
E: main Emitter terminal
E´: auxiliary Emitter terminal
