I've requested this spice model internally, but still didn't get any feedback. It's an old IR product. So, I think we don't have any plan to create a new spice model for it.

    Thank you for your quick Response, I am not asked to create new spice model for AUIR208S .I asked any other spice model available with similar specification of AUIR208S. So that I can used it for my Simulation.

Hi Vishwa,

I meant there is no available model of similar products so that I have to request it from simulation team.

But as mentioned, they have no plan to keep working for old IR products.

I feel sorry that cannot help you.

Another possible way is to contact with local FAE.
