Hi Forum !

Datasheet of IGW25N120H3, specifies that it can manage frequencies in the range of 20kHz to 100kHz.

If the circuit we own works at a lower frequency than 20kHz, can we use this IGBT ?

Former models of International Rectifier (which then was acquired by Infineon), do not specify a lower limit.

Hi Alex,

the frequency values we specify are not to be considered as limiting values. Please feel free to use them at the frequency you want.
