Hello,

I had selected FF600R12ME4P_B72 for my design, currently its unavailable.

Can I get a similar rated IGBT with same form factor?.

Please let me know, thanks.

Regards

Janmay

Hi @Janmay

FF600R12ME4P_B72 can be replaced with the FF600R17ME4P_B11, but there are some changes like (losses, voltage levels, and type of mounting).

Please compare the losses in IPOSIM with your requirements.

Also attached the list of devices with the same size.

Best Regards,

Akhil Kumar.

Hi @Janmay

Thanks for posting on the Infineon developer community. Few quantities are currently available with our distributors
