First question asked Welcome!

Hello,

I am looking for the replacement part numbers for four IGBTs removed from an inverter welder.  The number on the components are K75T60. I am unable to determine if these have a flyback diode or not. The two part numbers I have found are IGW75N60T  without diode, and IKW75N60T with diode.

I've attached pictures of the components and the circuit diagram.  I don't think that the diagram accurately depicts what is included in the IGBT.
