ipw90r340c3用于dcdc全桥电路上，全桥拓扑的输入电压500v左右，

一个产品用4个ipw90r340c3，分别为q0500，q0501，q0502，q0503。

s101和s103引脚接变压器的主边，变压器的副边接同步整流电路输出24v，变压器匝数比为12：1

损坏的时候一般是在满载工作时损坏，器件损坏时测试ds级短路。
且该器件损坏时都是上桥两个器件（q0500，q0502）同时损坏，
器件损坏之后只更换对应两个器件，再测试，能正常带满载，
且持续长时间测试也不再出现损坏，
测量器件峰值电压和电流都是正常的，所以无法抓到损坏瞬间的电压电流情况。

请协助分析下异常原因？电路方面设计是否合理？以及改善措施？

(bridge circuit on Q0500 Q0502) often is damaged, defective rate 1%。
(Q0500 Q0502) to replace two new devices, test, load can work normally.

And test for a relatively long time also no longer appear damaged, measuring device peak voltage and current are normal。
