I did an Iposim simulation 7/3/2023 and now when I re-run it the results are different.

Here are the inputs (exactly the same both times)

Topology: DC/DC boost (module)

Device selected: FF1400R12IP4

Input voltage: 457 V

Output voltage: 681 V

Output current: 300 A

Mode: Continuous

Input inductance 0.00022 H

Switching freq: 5000 Hz

Cooling condition: Fixed temp heatsink at 65°C

Switch Q1 RGon : 1 Ohm

Switch Q1 RGoff : 1 Ohm

The results were:

07/03/2023:

Maximum Junction Temperature Switch 89.52 °C   Diode 97.01 °C
Switching Losses Switch 675.27 W   Diode 231.56 W
Conduction Losses Switch 170.22 W   Diode 364.88 W
Total Losses Switch 845.49 W   Diode 596.44 W

Maximum Junction Temperature Switch 85.69 °C   Diode 80.17 °C
Switching Losses Switch 697.93 W   Diode 203.92 W
Conduction Losses Switch 172.44 W   Diode 372.0 W

I have attached the downloaded results from 7/3/23 for reference.
Is there something I have missed or has Iposim changed?

IPOSIM was updated on the 1st week of July 2023. All the bugs were fixed. Please consider the results of the latest simulation.
