Infineon HybridKit Drive Sense Error Message

When I try to control HybridKit Drive Sense (logic board ver 4.3) via OneEye (ver 1.002) , Once the logic power on, the error message then show up.

Can anybody help me to solve problem ?

By the way, the communication  method is CAN card.
