Greetings for all users 🙂
I need a little help.
I make diy VAWT (vertical axis wind turbine)
3 Phase from wind generator goes to 3f to DC.
So i have DC that i want to control with arduino program that i wrote to maximize wind energy.
So PWM from arduino will goes to igbt driver and driver will increase or decrease power consumption of end plugin stuff (dc heater, DC to AC converter or solar inverter ongrid - DC plug in mppt like solar panels).
So i need help to choose a driver and igbt transistor for that use.
Max 400V and 75A will generate wind turbine after conversion to DC.

Hi,
Thank you for your clarification. First, I would like to propose IGBT for the application and later after selecting IGBT, based upon your suitability (like hardware space, features etc.), I will propose a gate driver.

Do you have any driver board additional requirement like clmap , desat etc. protection features.

No no additional requirements only i thing of some isolation in driver that separates my arduino and its logic pwm signal from high voltage site (15v driver dc)
