欢迎使用Infineon Community,

IGBT 在开通过程发生栅极电压振荡的原因:驱动回路包含的回路寄生电感,栅极电阻(内部和外部),IGBT的寄生电容Cge共同作用产生RLC振荡。

栅极回路避免引起振荡的最小栅极电阻Rgmin需满足如下公式:

其中,Lg为栅极回路总电感。

建议:1.根据实际应用情况,适当增加外部栅极电阻改善振荡情况;

               2.在PCB布局走线时,驱动芯片输出端尽量靠近栅极,驱动回路尽可能短,减小驱动回路包含的寄生电感。
