I wish to bring to your attention that the IHW30N160R5 is an improved version compared to the IHW30N160R2. Notably, I would like to emphasize that, as indicated in the datasheet, the parameter "IGBT thermal resistance, junction to case" (Rthjc) exhibits a higher value for the IHW30N160R5.

To provide specific parameters:

IHW30N160R5, Rthjc: 0.57K/W
IHW30N160R2, Rthjc: 0.48K/W
