Hello Infineon,

For the IKW75N65ET7 IGBT discrete (650 V, 75 A) model, I calculated the drift zone voltage based on the kraus model, and the calculation formula is as follows:

However, the calculation results are not ideal, and if the calculation formula is replaced with the following one, the calculation effect will be even more satisfactory.

Unfortunately, we don't have information related to drift zone voltage calculation. The Vce breakdown voltage has been provided in the datasheet for application requirements as shown below:
