We understand that you are experiencing heavy ringing in your driver/IGBT setup.
Could you let us know if this ringing is produced while the gate signal is ON, or when the signal turns OFF?
As this is a buck topology, the switching node (emitter of IGBT) will fluctuate from 30V to around 0V.
This fluctuation could be the reason for the ringing.
Could you try:
-Disconnecting the GND of the +15/-8 DC/DC converters.
-Connecting the GND of the +15/-8 DC/DC converters to the switching node (emitter of IGBT).
