Hi
I have a question of IGBT current.
3 IGBTs are specified in FZ2400R17HP4_B9 schematic.
Is Icnom(2400A) current for one IGBT?

Hi,
Thank you for posting at Infineon community.
The Ic nom. of 2400A is total current of all three chips. Internally, the emitter of all three chips is shorted but the collector is not shorted.

AZIZ

No, the module's total Ic is 2400A, the schematic just shows the 3 main power terminals (collector or emitter) are unconnected inside of module.
