In the course of my research, I want to calculate the IGBT load current by using the gate current size. Now I need to know how long the Miller platform lasts when IGBT is turned on and off. How should I calculate it

Page 17 of this document has a calculation of the duration of the MOSFET Miller platform. iPlat is the gate drive current for the Miller platform, which is equal to (VGS-vPlateau)/(Rg), where Rg includes both external and internal gate resistors.

tplat=qgd/iplat, where qgs=cgd*vds. Note that CGD is not a constant; it changes as VDS changes.

The Miller platform time principle during shutdown is the same; see the TMiller calculation formula on page 21.
