HI:
I want to design a circuit for my product
Input voltage required:≤150~200V
Output voltage:36V
output power:≥100W
Service temperature:150℃
Are there any recommended designs that can be used?
Thanks

Service temperature:150℃ -->what is the service temperature?
My understanding is ambient tempertautre, If yes, then since most of the driver ICs maximum operating temperature is upto 150℃, when operating there's some loss on the IC, so no possible to work with 150℃ ambient temerature.

You understand correctly, but this is only one indicator. Generally, devices with a nominal temperature of 150 ℃ can be used. Is there a recommended circuit or IC?

I have checked in our product lines, no suitable recommendations as the 150 ℃ is required.
