Hi,
I want to design a fix pin for locating PPI modules, like P2000DL45X168. The fixation hole of P2000DL45X168 has a diameter of 3.6 mm and a depth of 4 mm on both sides, and I have designed a hole on the bus bar between two modules.
I'm not sure about the length of the pin, because I think we don't want apply pressure on the pin during pressing the stack. So, how much margin should I design?
The thickness of the bus bar is 8mm.

Dear Pavel,
We suggest to have a length of the pin towards the PPI of 3-3.5mm.
Means the complete length of the pin is a question how deep the drilling into the copper bar is.

Thanks for your feedback.
I opened the 3D model that you attached, but I have not found fix pins for locating modules. Only holes on module and bus bar.
Is that means the stack didn't use fix pins to locate the modules, you locate the modules in other ways?
