In one of our Siemens drive power module PM240, IGBT module FS225R12KE3-S1 is in use, but on Infineon webside we can find information about FS225R12KE3 only. What does S1 mean in our part no. Is it same as FS225R12KE3 ?

As I told you earlier , both the part numbers are same. Only difference is S1 is tested with Siemens specific grouping.
