In one of our Siemens drive power module PM240, IGBT module FS225R12KE3-S1 is in use, but on Infineon webside we can find information about FS225R12KE3 only. What does S1 mean in our part no. Is it same as FS225R12KE3 ? igbt.jpg

Hi,

As I told you earlier , both the part numbers are same. Only difference is S1 is tested with Siemens specific grouping.

I hope this explanation clarifies your doubt. Let me know if I could help you more on this.

Hi,

Thank you for posting at Infineon community.

Yes, both the part numbers are same. S1 means electrical selection and I could give you more information regarding it in few days.

PFA for your reference.
