Hello, I am looking for I the diameter of X in the attached image and recommended layout for MPN FS100R06KE3. Thanks!

Thanks for posting on the Infineon community page.

 The diameter of X is as shown in the attached image

Please refer to the user guide of EVAL-M1-IR2214 which has the same package as  FS100R06KE3 for reference. Also, refer to the  CAD files of the same.
