HI Everyone!

I am writing a new post cause i can not repy the person who wrote me. Could you please send me a contact in order to explain better what i would like?  At the moment i am doing a simulation of my power converter in LTSPICE and i need the LTSPICE model of the FF150R12RT4  for my Project at CERN.  I know Infineon used to have all the models of their IGBTs cause i was using them before but this one  I can not find it anywhere. Is it possible to send me the model that u  used to have in your website?? Thank you in advance

Hi @DSolano

Unfortunately, the Ltspice model is not there for the requested part number.  For the requested part number only plecs model is available.

Best Regards,

Akhil Kumar.

Hi Akhil,

You took so much time just to tell me something i can check my self in Infineon Website? Incredible!  I dont think Infineon throw away all the LTSPICE models from their IGBTS before they started to work with PLEXIM...

Hi @DSolano

Since the model is not directly available on the website, I tried checking with the internal team and got to know that model is developed in plecs from starting onwards.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Best Regards,

Akhil Kumar.
