Hi.

Where can I find the footprint for EasyPACK™  2B? I was trying to look for this in individual power modules, however, I didn't find any footprint.

Thank you for posting at Infineon community.

As per your request, I have attached the image for footprint of EasyPACK 2B and same you can find in the data sheet as well on page no. 11.

I hope this is the required footprint which you are looking for. If not please let me know.
