Unfortunately, we don't have such kind of configuration modules.
but you can still use Infineon silicon IGBT with separate SiC anti-parallel diode.

They are needed in a pieces of testing equipment we are building. I have been looking at the FF400R17KE4, I need 400A, 1700V with a SIC diode inside, no sure if this part has that. Sorry that is all the information I have at the moment.
