Hi all,
How many millimeters is the coplanarity of both FP100R12N3T7 and FP100R12W3T7_B11?
I couldn't find it in the datasheet.
Best regards,
MS

Hi,
It is hard to tell exactly but for the back side, the coplanarity is less than 1-1.5 mm.

Hi,
If I am not wrong, coplanarity means difference between minimum and maximum height of the pins of the module.
Based upon this definition, the coplanarity of FP100R12N3T7 and FP100R12W3T7_B11 is zero in mm.

Hi,
Thank you for your explanation TakashiO-san.
Thank you for your reply AZIZ-san.
However, I would like to know the coplanarity of the backside of the module.
Please look at the red arrows.
