I am having difficulty in calculating Bootstrap capacitor values for IR2136 and IHW20N120R5 in the document provided by infineon (picture attached below) I cannot find (I_ds- and T_hon) similar in Datasheet of IR2136 and IHW20N120R5 . It looks like in the datasheet of Ir2136, I_ds- has been removed. According to my calculations PWM 16Khz using Bootstrap 7uF capacitor is ok?

Hello pclinh2001,

I_ds is the desat diode bias when on, for IR2136, there's no desat diode, you can ignore this item;

T_hon is the high side on time, you can use the high side on time in your application, this is not from datasheet.

Then just use the application note to do the calculation.
