I read about the Infineon IGBT7 technology.
What are the benefits/ key features of the IGBT7 technology?
Can somebody explain to me ...

Hi SiCguru,

The benefits are the lower on state voltage for the IGBT and also for the freewheeling diode, the overload capability at 175°C during motor overload condition, the enhanced controllability of the voltage slope - all these key benefits lead to a higher power density and it enables a frame size jump.
