Double pulse test recommended test chart The current probe is generally placed at the E-pole of the lower tube. Can the current test be placed at the C-pole position of the IGBT? Will there be any other effects? If it feels like it is placed at the E-pole, it may also interfere with the drive. thanks

Hello ,

The measured current is in a circuit, and both the C and E poles can be discharged, depending on where the actual designed PCB board measures the current. The effect of the current probe's position on the driving signal is hardly taken into account.

Best dressing,

Rachel
