Hi all,
We are considering the use of the following products.
・FF600R12ME4_B73
・FF600R12ME4P_B72
・FF600R12ME4W_B73
・FF600R12ME4_B72
I have a question.
Could you please tell me how FF600R12ME4 (standard product) is different from _B72 or_ B73?
Best regards,
MS

B72 and B73 modules have thicker DCB ceramic than standard modules, therefore, the B72\73 module is 4kV-AC-isolation, standard module is 3.4kV-AC-isolation, but the Rthjc is slightly higher due to the thicker DCB ceramic.
B72 is standard auxiliary pin which are soldering connection with PCB, B73 is PressFIT pin.
