Hi  ZhaiL,

IGBT的开关频率是指一秒钟内的开关次数。在确定的母线电压和导通电流下,IGBT每开关一次会产生一定的损耗。IGBT的开关频率越高,开关次数越多,损耗功率也就越高,损耗×热阻=IGBT温升,如果IGBT温度高到超过了IGBT上限,IGBT就会失效。总而言之,IGBT的开关频率最高达到多少,取决于在此工况下IGBT的结温会不会超过上限。而IGBT在开通关断过程中会有开通延迟和关断延迟,对于半桥上下桥臂的IGBT在开关状态切换时,需要一个死区时间,避免上下桥臂直通短路的情况,因此IGBT开关频率也与关断延迟时间和死区时间有关。
