假如,我有一个DFN塑封的单管,按照3根20mil铝线算需要2200~2450um空间。这个空间也可以用80*4mil铝带。 1mm长的铝带和铝线寄生电阻都是0.13。 按照并联电路算,打3根5mm长铝线总寄生电阻不是0.13*5/3=0.22吗?

1根铝带是0.13*5=0.65。

并联铝线总的寄生电阻这么算对吗?

发现铝带并不能减小寄生电阻啊,为什么业界在宣传铝带寄生电阻小?

按照贺力士铝,田中的键合线提供的电阻率2.7,不同线材电阻计算公式R=p电阻率*(长度/截面积)

铝带和铝线的电阻率相同,那么同样1mm的电阻差异在于截面积,铝带的截面积是长*宽,而铝线是Π*R²。所以您之前计算的“1mm长的铝带和铝线寄生电阻都是0.13”,铝带和铝线的截面积参数是怎么设定的?

是这样算的,铝线截面πR2;铝带截面:宽*厚。得出的结果约等于0.13

您计算过程中,铝线的半径R代入的是多少?铝带的宽和厚分别是多少?如果截面积一样大,那么相同长度的铝带和铝线寄生电阻是一样的,那三根铝线并联的总截面积是一根铝带截面积的三倍,寄生电阻自然是铝带的1/3。
