Hi Bellawu,

不同类型的散热器导热性能不同,数据手册中的外壳到散热器热阻提供了一个典型值供参考,在描述模块特性时,是采用基于水冷的散热器的热路模型,即采用了相对不利的散热工作情况来描述模块热特性的,采用这样的热特性做系统设计时对模块有更高的安全系数。对于热阻测量的更多内容,请参考附件的应用手册。

不同类型的散热器导热性能不同,数据手册中的外壳到散热器热阻提供了一个典型值供参考,在描述模块特性时,是采用基于水冷的散热器的热路模型,即采用了相对不利的散热工作情况来描述模块热特性的,采用这样的热特性做系统设计时对模块有更高的安全系数。对于热阻测量的更多内容,请参考附件的应用手册。
