Could you inform us the definition of Th about IKA15N65ET6 and any differences between Tc and Th ?

Hi,
Th is heat sink temperature which is equal to case temperature(Tc=Th). The data sheet which you are referring is the latest data sheet which has a modified internal architecture in such a way that with same maximum junction temp.(Tj max, compared to old data sheet) , the current carrying capability is more.
Just for your information, the old version and new version has different Rth (thermal resistance) which has been adjusted in such a way that the current capability of latest version has increased keeping the temperature rise within limit.
PFA of image which shows that Tjc and Tjh are same for this device and hence we can say that Tc=Th.
