Hi @currego
Thanks for posting on the Infineon community page.
What is the maximum power and voltage manage by a VSC HVDC converter with Infinieon IGBT modules?
Infineon has a maximum voltage of 6500 V and a current of 3600 A in the IGBT modules (two different
modules). The most popular one for HVDC application is 4500 V and 1200 A IGBT module used by many
customers. Please use the link to filter and select the IGBT modules. Depending upon the application configure
them in series and parallel.
Can you give a list of HVDC projects developed with Infinieon IGBT modules?
Please refer the attached link for more information also refer the Infineon page for the IGBT modules.
Infineon doesn't have the documents/Eval Boards at the moment. We are ready to give technical support if required.
Best Regards,
Akhil Kumar.
