Hi,

The Theta Ja is 55 C/W and the Psi Jt is 0.14 C/W

Please refer to the following app note for more information on the Psi Jt parameter.

The Maximum Junction Temperature that the device can bear is 125 C. Please note that you will need to maintain the Tj of the device less than this value or it can lead to some permanent damage to the device.
